E. Jean’s professional passions are ministry, education, entrepreneurship, and community service. With over 25 years of combined experiences in ministry leadership, education leadership, and entrepreneur leadership, E. Jean's expertise has led many to launch and grow their business, write and publish their book, start their ministry.
E. Jean Pemberton Jones is the founding president of the parent company Pemberton Jones Education Group, Inc. The organization has launched Enda's BOOKtique, Smartpreneurs Like You!, and offers educational and research programs through OPM Training School and OPM Institute.
E. Jean is a candidate for a Doctor in Liberal Studies at Southern Methodist University. Her research is on the Under-representation of African American Educators in Public Schools During a National Crisis.
E. Jean completed her EMBA at Prairie View A&M University. She has completed additional post-secondary, secondary and undergraduate degrees in Ministry Leadership and Pastoral Care at Andersonville Theological Seminary, Criswell College, and Dallas Christian College.
E. Jean has a joint publication on Strategies for Employee Retention along with two published books on entrepreneurship.

Jean message is for those who are on a mission, and for those who are marginalized; for those who are disconnected, discriminated against, and disenfranchised; and for those who are determined to make a difference in their community.
