E. Jean’s professional passions are ministry, education, entrepreneurship, and community service.
E. Jean has been preaching for over twenty years and has served equally in ministry leadership. She is one of the founders of On Point Ministries, which is a pastoral care and chaplain ministry. On Point Ministries is a faith-based, non-profit community of Chaplains, Clergies, Educators, and Healthcare Professionals, who serve to build and bond its community to be healthier and spiritually stronger, by bridging the gap between needs and resources through ministry of spiritual wellness, service, and education.
E. Jean has been teaching adult education for fifteen years. He teaching focus are the four subjects of GED (Math, Science, Social Studies, and Language Art).
E. Jean is a candidate for a Doctor in Liberal Studies at Southern Methodist University. Her research is on Retention Studies of African American Educators in Public Schools During a National Crisis.
E. Jean completed her EMBA at Prairie View A&M University. She has completed additional post-secondary, secondary and undergraduate degrees in Ministry Leadership and Pastoral Care at Andersonville Theological Seminary, Criswell College, and Dallas Christian College.

For a span of about two decades, the shaping of E. Jean's philosophical worldview has been transformative. When she preaches, teaches, speaks, educate, research, and mentors, her goal is to develop, design, and deliver messages that addresses social justice, social equity, and social equality.
Her message is both personal and community. She compels her audience to always look for ways to improve and grow . E. Jean message is for those who are on a mission, and for those who are marginalized; for those who are disconnected, discriminated against, and disenfranchised; and for those who are determined to make a difference in their community.
